Application ReviewApplications are reviewed and evaluated by members of a trained Board of Examiners, in accordance with strict rules regarding conflict of interest, in a four-stage process: independent review and evaluation, consensus review and evaluation, site visits to Level 2 and Level 3 applicants, and the Judges' review and recommendations. Feedback to ApplicantsEach applicant receives a feedback report detailing their strengths and opportunities for improvement based on the Criteria for Performance Excellence. This feedback report can be used as part of the organization's strategic planning processes and can help them to focus on their customers and improve productivity. The feedback report can provide a pathway for continuous improvement for the applicant. |
