Application & Criteria
Whether your organization is small or large, is involved in service, manufacturing, education, health care, or is a non-profit the Criteria provide a valuable framework for assessing and measuring performance on a composite of key indicators of organizational performance: financial, operational, and customer satisfaction. The Criteria can help you align resources and achieve strategic goals.
Application Review
Applications are reviewed and evaluated by members of a trained Board of Examiners, in accordance with strict rules regarding conflict of interest, in a four-stage process: independent review and evaluation, consensus review and evaluation, site visits to Level 2 and Level 3 applicants, and the Judges’ review and recommendations.
Feedback to Applicants
Each applicant receives a feedback report detailing their strengths and opportunities for improvement based on the Criteria for Performance Excellence.
This feedback report can be used as part of the organization’s strategic planning processes and can help them to focus on their customers and improve productivity. The feedback report can provide a pathway for continuous improvement for the applicant.
